A Systematic Simulation-Based Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Approach for the Evaluation of Semi–Fully Flexible Machine System Process Parameters

Current manufacturing system health management is of prime importance due to the emergence recent cost-effective and -efficient prognostics diagnostics capabilities. This paper investigates most used performance measures viz. Throughput Rate, Time, System Use, Availability, Average Stay Maximum Time as alternatives that are responsible for systems during real-time disruptions. We have considered four different configurations criteria on which test with proposed integrated MCDM (Multi-Criteria Decision-Making)-TOPSIS (Technique Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution)-based simulation approach. The main objective this model improve semi–fully flexible maximize production rate ranking parameters from influenced least. In study, first, process analyzed using a approach, furthermore obtained results validated experimental results. Thereafter, an Entropy method, weights each parameter identified then MCDM-based TOPSIS applied rank parameters. show tTme affected average stay time, max time least in case no breakdown machine condition. Similarly, Finally, rankings method compared PROMETHEE rankings. demonstrate ability understand behavior both normal uncertain conditions.
